The following stabilization and CORE exercises are designed to support practice members under current care or wellness care and should only be performed when first instructed by our office. These demonstrations are intended as a reference for use by patients of Monroeville Chiropractic Health Center, PC only. Do not attempt if you are experiencing an increase in sypmtoms, a new or different symptom or any other type of unusual symptoms.

Again, the exercises above are for our those that have established a relationship with  our office and are to be used to enhance the care they receive and the work done in our office.  These exercises are basic CORE strengthening exercises that are used to help an individual gain spinal and pelvic stability prior to beginning an exercise program.

At a time of competency and confidence if an individual wishes to further their exercise routine or make more advances in changing their life, we can make some recommendations regarding local gyms, trainers, coaches, DVD's, books, meal planning, etc...
